These classes are for FERA employees only.
When
These classes will be every Tuesday & Thursday at 12:15pm-1:15pm at the gym. There are only 20 spaces available per class so book in before it's too late! :D
Class Structure
The first 10 minutes is allocated to Body MOTs, and 50 minutes is for the class.
Beginner
We're looking forward to meeting you if we haven't done so already, and can't wait to help you to achieve your goals, whether it's slimming down, toning up, improving your fitness, or improving your health.
If it's your first time to the class, try to turn up a few minutes early so that the instructor can give you your fitness tracker & show you how to use it.
What shall I take to the class?
If you already have your fitness tracker then don't forget to take it with you. We also advise you to bring a bottle of water with you, however most of our venues have kitchens with drinking water so don't worry if you forget it :)
